How It Works

A program that keeps

Phase 1

Half-day launch session

Identify and equip your first group of internal AI champions. Delivered on-site or virtually. Covers AI fundamentals, champion responsibilities, communication techniques and practical tools.

Phase 2

Monthly 2-hour sessions

Recurring virtual sessions over 6 months. Each session introduces new skills, reviews real use cases from your organization and builds the champions' ability to support colleagues independently.
